Product Description

Hall effect encoder with 2 pulse every turn, built for our motor type 615, 742, 752, 756 and 863.
Power 5-30 Vdc.
Output V = Input V minus 1 V
The motor 615 turn CCW connecting positive voltage to M1. The encoder is sold only assembled with our
motors.
Up and down tipical time is 70 ns
Maximum output current 10 mA
VO tipical 0.4 V
V out = Vdc - 1 V
The motor turn CW or CCW depending the output 1 or 2 go up before.

If not provided in the control card, it is necessary to connect a pull up resistance between each output and
the positive power supply.
The value of this resistance is calculated as 1/10 of the card input impedance and in any case must not be
lower than 1 KOhm.

Bernio gearmotor solutions are developed to integrate smoothly into modern production lines. Selected materials, dedicated surface treatments and continuous quality checks ensure wear and impact resistance. As a result, the drive system maintains efficiency and stability, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.

This encoder is a high-accuracy feedback sensor designed to detect, quantify and transmit the angular position or rotational speed of the motor shaft, ensuring extremely precise motion management and continuous, real-time system control.
